SO SORRY SO LONG!!

Oh My I did not realize I had not blogged since July. That is insane, Paula how DARE ME!!! LOL.... Ok... So since July we have had another wonderful football season. I was so involved this year it was crazy but I LOVED IT!!! Well for the Westside Wolverines this year I decided I would help out since I did not have any foster children and the girls are old enough now to hang out at the field all the time. Well watch what you wish for as they say.... I went to one of the meetings last March and walked away being the Board Secretary , fundraising coordinator, communication director, and organization MOM. OH MY... I guess I have no clue what the word NO means. No wonder my kids do not get it. I was like no big deal they all kinda work together. Let me tell you running an organization with 178 kids is one thing but ALL the ADULTS that go with it is totally another. The kids are great the parents... well..... enough said. It was alot of fun, the season went off well with out many hick ups and the banquette was a great success so I guess I will be doing ALL this again next season. I put on the Christmas Party for all the coaches and volunteers next week and then I start thinking about next season. So that pretty much took up from August 1st till October 30th.

So the week after football ended we took Baylei and Hannah to Disney World. We had taken the boys 5 years ago so this time it was their turn. Next time if we can get away with it I think only Karina should go but I know that will not happen. We will try to take them all I think. The reason we went is because Richard's mom has ALWAYS wanted to go. Her health is starting to really go down hill so her life time partner ( no clue what else to call the man she has been with for over 30 year) decided to take her before it was to late. So Rich and I dropped everything to go with them. My parents also drove down for a few days to spend with us in the happiest place on earth. Ya right... LOL... It was a great trip we had lots of fun and even though it was my 12th time there I still LOVE that place!!!...

One thing I had never done before that we got todo was eat at Cinderella's Castle. It sure was fancy in there. This is the spiral stair case up to the dinning area.

Let's see what else has been up in the Lemon's house hold. Of course November went so fast because of the trip. I was so busy with football and planning for the trip that I have not even started my Christmas shopping. I am usually done by Thanksgiving but this year it just snuck up on me way to fast.

Then to make matters even worse the day before Thanksgiving Richard came home a couple hours after he left for work to let me know he had lost his job. With that I had an entire new set of things to worry about besides the fact that I did not start my Christmas Shopping.

The kids all doing well in school. Carter is in 7th, Jacob 4th, Baylei 1st, Hannah k and Karina 4k.

There is a bit of an up date. I have all kinds of hand made items I want to get done for Christmas this year. As I get them done I will try to post them so you can see what my sewing machine can do.

Take care and I hope everyone had a very BLESSED CHRISTmas season.

WOW July ALREADY!!!

Hello everyone, SO SO SORRY for not posting in SO long!! I can not believe how fast life has gone. Summer has really been a bit crazy around here in the Lemons house as I am sure it is everywhere.
I just thought I would stop by and say hi and let you all know what I and the kids have been up to.
June went very fast, the boys went to football camp for one week and the rest we just kinda wasted. The last weekend we went to Kentucky for Gunnar's baptism Rich and I are his God Parents. Here he is with my Brother Bryan. The gown he is wearing has been in our family for 90+ years. My Great Grandmother made it for her children, all her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and now great great grandchildren have warn it for their ceremony. It is truely a blessing to have this treasure still around. I will keep it and I will have all my grandkids also wear it. GUNNAR 1 month old

Here he is with the sweater I made him... isn't he just the cutes :)
Then we went camping with Richards brother and family. Here are some pictures
Here is Hannah and Ally
Here we are at the camp fire

Here are a few pictures of Baylei's baseball she is playing on the Mirical League this year. Well I have been working really hard on my scrap/craft area over the summer here are a few pictures of it. This space was made for me almost two years ago by my dad and hubby I am just now getting to the point where I maybe able to use it. I have been sorting, storing and tossing my heart out so I can finally enjoy the space they made just for ME!!

Last thing to share my new "TOY" and some of the stuff I am working on....

This is the Brother Innovis-1500d ( D means it is a Disney machine so it has all kinds of Disney stuff programed right in it) It is an all in wonder type machine. Sewing/quilting/embrodiery. LOVE IT!!! THis is a pile of stuff I am doing, I am making dresses for the girls, putting names on towels for the kids, and making quilt for me... below is the fabric for my sea life quilt.

Ok well hopefully I will post agian soon. Football season starts for my family July 28th so we will be very busy but I will have lots of new pictures to share. I am very involved with the boys football league which is so much fun. Last picture is of all the kids when where at Kalaharie in WI Dells in May. Checking in

Well it has been a very long time since I have check in with my blogging world.
Let see what have I been up too..... My teen moved out she decided that living with us was WAY to much work so she moved back home. She was a joy to have around but she could not make it in our world of rules and expections.
I got to go to Louisville May 8-11 to be there when my brother's wife had their second child. A very beautiful baby boy. Gunnar Thomas Wise born May 9th 8 lbs 13oz 21 1/2 " long. So sweet it was so great and a blessing to be able to be there. Babies sure are a WONDERFUL thing.
This is my brother Bryan and there first child Mackenzie she will be 2 on the 22nd. I miss them dearly.

Here is Karina in dance class. I was a terrible mommy and did not get any pictures execpt this one of the girls first year of dance class and this one is of very bad quality because it is done with my phone.

Well it has been busy around here again Baylie is not doing so well with her health we are back to going to doctors and getting test after test done with her. We will see if they can come up with anything yet. So if you think about it please say a little extra prayer for her because she is going threw alot right now and she does not understand why. I really hope the doctors can figure it out this time. I will keep you up dated if they find anything.

Well have to run nothing much to say just wanted to drop by and let you know I have not fallen off the face of the earth. TTFN...

Checking in

Just wanted to check in not much to say right now I need to get some pictures taken of the kids. We have been very busy I can not believe it is already middle of April. Where is time going. I did get a new embroidery/sewing machine I am very excited about learning how to use. Once I get something done I will post some pictures. It just does not seem like much goes on in my life that is worth sharing with my friends. My life seems so boring... well... not really but you know what I mean. We did not do a DARN thing for Easter. Rich and the boys went up north to his mom's house. The girls and I stayed home and did nothing. We even forgot to color eggs this year. Just shows how much life is really passing us by this year because we just have one thing after another happening around here.

The big spring scrapbooking weekend is just around the corner it will be very different this year alot of our regulars will not be there.... They will be DEARLY MISSED!!! I am really looking forward to the peace and quite of being with just with adults. I don't even want to craft I just want to sit and veg. We will see what I do get done. I am bringing my new machine to play around with it and make some things for the retreat girls kids. My machine has Disney pre-programed on it so that is cool.

I will work on pics of the kids and some new and exciting things to talk about on my blog. Believe me you really do not want to hear about the normal stuff I go threw everyday in my life. So I will have to dig deep and find something to share. Till then... Blessings to you all!!
